The Korentepoort Dam is situated about 16 km from Riversdale at the foot of the Langeberg Mountains. Riversdale lies between Swellendam and Mosselbay on the N2 route. Watersports like bassfishing and skiing can be enjoyed. For the not-so-waterbabies, hiking and cycling through the forest with enough birds to watch are a highlight.
