24Riviere Private Game Farm is newly developed in the Waterberg area. In only a short time the AA Travel Highly Recommended Accommodation status was given for the luxury accommodation in this malaria free environment.

You'll find 24Riviere on top of a mountain close to the little town of Mabatlane (Vaalwater). Luxury accommodation in the Limpopo province with magnificent views and spectacular sunsets in an environment often referred to as "South Africa's Best Kept Secret". And although you're stay will be in the mountains, luxury and comfort are there, accompanied by excellent food and service. We keep the number of guests low in order to keep the service high!

The very private Mountain Lodges (only 3) are build in the mountains, out of the mountains. With rocks and thatch roofs these Rondavel designed lodges have cool day temperature and nice warmth at night.

The spacious lodges are finished and furnished in style to provide you with comfort and luxury. Two bedrooms en suite with King-size bed are at your convenience in this quality accommodation. One with a classic bath and one with quality design rain shower.

Each bedroom has a small combination safe build in. A living area is furnished with comfortable sofa and easy chairs to relax. From both bedrooms and living area you have access to a large fully furnished sundeck with build in (heated) Jacuzzi. This sundeck gives you also the opportunity to watch some Bush-TV with channels such as the beautiful views and magnificent sunsets and unbelievable night skies.

And then, when far away in the valley, the town of Vaalwater shows its lights and the day starts to rest, the game travels by your lodge on their way to the waterholes. You're part of nature.

River Lodge has a 3 Star Grading. Our elegant and spacious rooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished. The executive rooms are equipped with television, selected DStv channels, air conditioner, coffee & tea making facilities and a bar fridge. Our restaurant offers light lunches and scrumptious dinners. Enjoy a relaxing day at the pool or playing games such as volleyball or be adventurous and go quad or mountain biking in the valley. There are also a host of activities for the younger generation. River Lodge is close to all the major tourist attractions. The Eastgate Airport is only 35km away.
