 | GROENVLEI, a working Karoo sheep farm, is situated in the heart of the Sneeuberg, close to historical Graaff-Reinet and Nieu Bethesda’s famous Owl House. Only 60km from Richmond off Route N1. Accommodation (self catering or catered) is offered in either a 4-, 2- or 1 bedroomed fully equipped cottage. Units are fully serviced daily. Braaiing facilities and wood available for fireplaces in each cottage. Electric blankets are used when snowfalls are possible. Peace and tranquillity of the Karoo. Activities: Tennis courts, mountain bikes, horses, swimming, games room, 210 Bird species identified, hiking, "Bossie path" with typical Karoo plants.
